We will respond to discuss the matter further asap to resolve the matter the best we can and in accordance with our policies. Should a return be required we will confirm details and the delivery address.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided goods are unopened and unused, you may return them for a refund within five business days of receiving your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded for the initial order or for returning the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Goods sent to you faulty or by our error will have shipping costs reimbursed for both initial purchase and for return costs.
We do not accept returns on opened or used items, unless faulty.
For opened products that are faulty, we will provide replacement products to the value of the original product.
For unopened products, we will offer an exchange or full refund.
We accept responsibility for breakages in transit within New Zealand and will fully replace the damaged item. For any claim on damaged goods in transit within New Zealand, we require you to keep the damaged item as evidence so we can show the courier company.
We do not accept responsibility for breakages in transit once products have left New Zealand.
When returning products, we recommend using a traceable service such as recorded /signed for delivery and or purchasing shipping insurance. We take no responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund without receiving the initially purchased product.
If you have not purchased your Rage Against Chemicals product directly from our website rageagainstchemicals.com please contact the retailer/distributor where you purchased the product and seek refunds/exchanges directly.
Where applicable, you should expect to receive refunds within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the time for us to receive and process your return from the shipper and arrange to transfer the funds into your account.
